No question is too big or too small. If you are struggling to make your idea(s) into a question, please still tell us your thoughts. For example, what do you think the particular issues are, or what isn’t working well at the moment.

2. Join the Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement panel

This will involve helping plan and deliver the research to make sure that it is achievable, relevant and useful to people working in, and using, same day and urgent care. You would be asked to:

  • Read documents
  • Attend online meetings
  • Share your experiences of using same day and urgent care
  • Provide around two hours of your time every six months for up to five years (if you stay until the end of the project)

3. Join the workforce involvement and engagement panel

We want to work with the workforce delivering same day, urgent and emergency care over the course of the partnership. We are calling this Community Inclusion and Engagement (CIE).

As a member of the panel, you would be able to help plan and deliver our research to make sure that it is achievable, relevant and useful to people working in same day and urgent care. Involvement would include:

  • Reading documents
  • Attending online meetings
  • Sharing your knowledge and expertise

We would ask you to provide around two hours of your time every six months for up to five years, if you choose to stay until the end of the project.
